This image shows that the circuit board for a power block has a lot of big pieces, this explains the size and weight.
Problems that I have with the AC Adaptor.
- The size and weight. Very heavy and bulky.
- Not nice on the eye. Its very big and plain.
- Colour. Its either black or white, its never any other colours.
- Wires. The wires are normally very long and can get in the way.
- shape, don't like the shape, there all a rectangular shape, rarely any different.
